# ICE Card > An emergency medical card ("in case of emergency") made from what you write: checked and printable free in the > browser; a metered run structures free notes into a card or translates the card for travel. Information, not medical > advice. Built on the SkillSafe skill @huifer/emergency-card (huifer/wellally-health, MIT). https://ice-card.skillsafe.ai/ ## The input format A card sheet - Name:, Born:, Sex:, Blood type:, Weight:, Language:, Doctor:, School:, Updated:, Notes:, then Allergies:, Medicines:, Conditions:, Implants: and Contacts: as bullet lists ("Penicillin: anaphylaxis", "Warfarin 3 mg once a day (atrial fibrillation)", "David Ellis (son): +44 7700 900481") - or free notes, which the structure lane turns into a sheet. ## What is free - Ordering by the skill's priorities: P0 severe allergies (anaphylaxis), high-alert medicines (blood thinners, insulin, long-term steroids, anti-seizure medicines and others) and implants that matter for scans or shocks; P1 the other medicines, conditions and implants; P2 blood type, languages, doctor. Card type: child, adult, older adult, severe allergy. - Checks: no emergency contact, a contact without a phone number, no name, allergies not stated (a blank is not "none"), an allergy without its reaction, a medicine without a dose or how often, error-prone abbreviations (qd, qod, OD, U, IU, cc, trailing zeros, leading decimals, MSO4/MgSO4/HCTZ), the same medicine twice, a medicine that belongs to the class of a listed allergy (penicillins, cephalosporins, sulfonamides, NSAIDs, macrolides, tetracyclines - a pair to check with a doctor or pharmacist), an out-of-date card. - The card drawn as a wallet card (74 x 105 mm), an A4 sheet or large print, printable; a phone-sized picture (PNG) of the card for a lock screen; a plain-text copy; findings CSV. ## The metered lanes Two tasks on gpt-terra, metered per run, routed by `task`. Input string fields: `task` (structure or translate), `notes`, `language` (for translate) and `facts` (the page's reading). - `structure` replies with `summary`, `card` (name, born, sex, blood type, weight, languages, doctor, school, updated, no known allergies, allergies, medications, conditions, implants, contacts, notes), `questions`, `left_out`, `findings`, `prescan` and `caveats`. The page requires every medicine, allergen, condition, implant and contact - and every number and phone number - to come from the notes, no advice, and a class conflict or missing phone number still on the card raised as a question. - `translate` replies with `language`, `summary`, the translated `card`, `labels` (the card's headings) and `phrases` (with their English meaning). The page requires the same number of every kind of line, medicine names, doses, numbers and phone numbers kept exactly, the text really translated and the headings given. ## Links - API tutorial: https://ice-card.skillsafe.ai/api.html - Source skill: https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@huifer/emergency-card
